I’m Dan Schneider and I teach Computer Science in Tucson, AZ. I teach Computer Science Discoveries and AP Computer Science Principles leaning heavily on the resources at Code.org. I also teach AP Computer Science A and an Electronics class that uses a lot of Arduino-related projects.

Previously, I blogged at Mathy McMatherson where I wrote about being a first-year math teacher, implementing Standards Based Grading, trying to teach math to English Language Learners, and posted lots of math resources.

Sometimes I help facilitate PD workshops in association with Code.org, but any opinions expressed here are my own. All materials are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License, which basically means: I hope you find my materials useful and can use them/adapt them yourself, but please don’t try to sell them or take ownership over anything I worked hard to create.

I lurk on twitter at @mathymcmatherso .
